The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to renew his request for bail, if trial is not concluded within a reasonable period. 2.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for more than one year, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial, as early as possible. In case, the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, the applicant is at liberty to fle fresh application for bail before the trial Court.
