The Petition questions the order dated 6th May, 2022 rejecting the Petitioners' application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned order viz the order passed by the trial Court below Exhibit 5.

It is not necessary for this Court to go into the merits of the matter in view of the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners that an application will be moved before the Appellate Court for joining the other Plaintiffs in the appellate proceedings and the Appellate Court to decide the Appeal.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to file appropriate application for joining the other Plaintiffs before the PMB 1 of

Appellate Court, which application the Appellate Court to consider on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
