This matter has been produced by the learned Counsel for the applicant for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 11th September, 2015. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the C.R No. and the name of the Police Station as mentioned in the aforesaid order are incorrect. The correct C.R No. is 160 of 2015 and the concerned Police Station is Shivaji

Nagar Police Station, Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur. 3.

Accordingly, following corrections be made in the order dated 11th September, 2015: (i) In the third line of para 2, the words 'C.R.No. Of 2015' be substituted by `C.R. No. 160 of 2015;

(ii) In paragraph Nos.2, 3 and 5(ii) of the aforesaid order, the name of the police station i.e. `Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Pune (Rural)' be substituted by `Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur';

(iii) In the third line of para 3, the `C.R.No. 159 of 2015' be replaced with `C. R. No. 160 of 2015'.

The above correction be carried out in the original order dated 11th September, 2015 as well as in the order uploaded on the server.

Rest of the order dated 11th September, 2015 to remain as it is.
