The applicant has preferred this application for restoration of ABA No.1774/2018. Vide order dated 26/6/2019, this Court had dismissed that application for non prosecution as nobody was present for the applicant. Even Criminal Application No.625/2019 which was filed for intervention was also dismissed by the same order. Today, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the applicant makes a statement that he has served a copy of this Mamta Kale

Counsel for the applicant has invited my attention to the grounds mentioned in the present application as to why Ld. Counsel could not remain present when the matter was called out. The reasons mentioned in the application are accepted and the ABA No.1774/2018 is restored to its original file. Consequently, even Criminal Application No.625/2019 is restored to its file. The matter be posted for hearing on 21/8/2019 alongwith Criminal Application No.625/2019.
