Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the order passed by this Court dated 25 April 2023 in Writ Petition No.5745 of 2023, the order passed by the respondent No.3 - the Collector, Sindhudurg dated 17 July 2023 shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal filed by the present Petitioner before the respondent No.1 - the Divisional Commissioner against the said order. The respondent No.1 - the Divisional Commissioner shall endevour to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on it's own merits within a period of six weeks from 28 August 2023.
