DATE : JANUARY 8, 2019 P.C.:­ Vide order dated August 9, 2018, this Court has already granted interim protection in favour of the applicants. 2.

The main accused in the crime in question i.e. the husband of applicant No.1 was already granted protection by detailed reasoned order dated April, 26, 2018 by the Additional

2 39) aba1586-18.doc Sessions Judge, Satara in Criminal M.A. No.229/2018. by the Additional Sessions Judge, Satara.

For the said reasons, in my opinion, the present applicants need to be protected. In view thereof, the following order :­ i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.I­49/2018 for offences punishable under section 307, 452, 354, 354B, 342, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 323, 504, 506 and 507 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Khandala police station, District Satara the applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/­ each with one surety in the like amount each;

ii) The applicants shall attend the investigating officer as and when directed;

iii) The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
