The petitioner / original plaintiff is challenging judgment and order passed by the Courts below rejecting petitioner's application for temporary injunction. Since inception of the writ petition, there is no interim relief in favour of the petitioner. Hence, no interference in the impugned order is called for. 2.

However, keeping all questions open on merits to be agitated by the petitioner before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
