The present petition seeks a direction to the respondents to implement the Government Resolution dated 30th September, 2024 and to issue the work orders in respect of the works which are sanctioned by said Government Resolution.

Mr. Dighe, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 and 3 submits that by the said Government Resolution 47 works were sanctioned. 34-wp-10293-2025.doc concerned, the same are pending for scrutiny. He points out the affidavit-inreply which has been filed stating the same. 3.

As the sanctioned works are in various stages of process, in view of the affidavit-in-reply of the respondents No.2 and 3, the petition can be disposed of.

Respondents No.1 to 3 to take necessary steps as regards the balance 23 works within a period of twelve weeks from today. In so far as the 24 works which are submitted for final sanction of the State Government, the respondent No.1 to take necessary decision within a period of twelve weeks. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
