This is an application for bail filed by the aforesaid applicant who is arrested in Crime No.62 of 2014 registered in Aundh Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366­A, 376­A of the IPC and under Sections 3, 4, 5(1) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Mr. Pednekar, the learned APP for the State has submitted that, the charge is already framed and the matter is fixed for trial on 22nd December, 2015. The Addl. Sessions Judge, Vaduj, Satara is directed to record the evidence of the victim within two months from the date of the order.

Opportunity is granted to the applicant to file fresh
