Heard Mr. Kasar, learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company.

These are the applications for restoration of the First Appeals, which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. There is also substantial delay in preferring these Civil Applications. 4.

Learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company submits that, the Applicant-Insurance Company is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today.

In view thereof, all the three Civil Applications are allowed and the delay is condoned, subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in all the three Appeals in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today, failing which this order would automatically stand vacated, without any further reference to the Court.

All the three First Appeals are restored to its original file. 7.
