In our opinion, the impugned order dated 18th July 2023, which is at page 166 of the paper-book, could be treated as 'Show cause notice' to the Petitioners-Management, so that an opportunity is given to them for curing the deficiencies in the proposal for individual approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3 as Shikshan Sevak. Ordered accordingly. 3.
Accordingly, the Petitioners to cure the deficiencies as mentioned in osk 1 of
6-21-Wp-14046-2023.doc the show cause notice dated 18th July 2023, within a period of two weeks from today.

After curing the deficiencies / considering the explanation of the Petitioners-Management, the Respondent No.5-Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the show cause notice within a period of 10 weeks from today.

If there are any further deficiencies noticed, the Respondent No.5Education Officer (Secondary) to give reasonable opportunity to the Petitioners-Management to cure the deficiencies. 6.
In case the approval to the appointment of the Petitioner No.3 is granted, the Respondent No.4 - Deputy Director is directed to enter the name of the Petitioner No.3 in Shalarth Pranali and issue Shalarth I.D. to the Petitioner No.3 and release the grant-in-aid towards payment of monthly salary / honorarium to the Petitioner No.3 since the date of her appointment with consequential benefits within a period of eight weeks from the date of grant of approval to the appointment of the Petitioner No.3.

Petition is disposed of in above terms.
