Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that following inadvertent errors have crept in the judgment dated 3rd April 2023 :

There are "three" claimants but this Court has mentioned "two" claimants in 6th line of paragraph 6 and awarded Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

Shubhada S Kadam 1-Praecipe-224-2020.doc "Rs. 88,000/-" as consortium amount, instead of "Rs.1,32,000/-".

In 8th line of paragraph 6, this Court has mentioned "Rs.1,21,000/-", instead of "Rs.1,65,000/-" and in the last line of paragraph 6, it is mentioned Rs.36,000/-" instead of "Rs.80,000/-"

In clause (ii) of the operative order, the amount of Rs.36,000/- be corrected to "Rs.80,000/-"

Hence, learned counsel for the respondents/claimants requested to carry out corrections accordingly and submits that appropriate order be passed 4.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in cause title of the judgment, the name of advocate Ms. Nikita be corrected to "Ms.Nitika".

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, the corrections stated hereinabove be carried out accordingly. 6.

The praecipe stands disposed of.
