The learned counsel submits that proposal is already forwarded to the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioners as 'Assistant Teacher'. Decision is not taken on it as yet.

The learned AGP appears for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. In case, the proposal for approval to the appointment of the shivgan 1/2

63 & 64-WP-4680-2022.docx Petitioners as 'Assistant Teacher' is pending with the Respondent No.4, then the Respondent No.4 shall process the said proposal preferably within six weeks from today and forward to the Higher Authority. Decision shall be taken by the Competent Authority within six months.
