Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was orally informed by the Management that pay bills could not be submitted due to some technical problem and the same shall be submitted within one week from today. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has no objection if some more time is granted to the concerned Oicer, mentioned in paragraph 6 of the order dated 8th December, 2025 for complying with the directions of this Court.

Accordingly, the order dated 8th December, 2025 be complied with within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of pay bills from the Management. The Management is expected to present the pay bills within one week from today.

Learned A.G.P also assures that within a period of two weeks from presentation of the pay bills, the payment will be made. 4.
