The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the State Government dated 14th July, 2013. It is submitted that petitioner was appointed prior to the date of impugned order passed by the State. The petitioner's apprehension is that in view of the said order the petitioner's services would be terminated by APMC, Barshi. So far no such adverse order has been passed against the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner's appointment is saved as it is prior to the order passed by the State on 14th July, 2013. We have perused the record. Considered the submissions.

In case respondent decides to take any adverse action, we direct that they shall follow principles of natural justice. In case any adverse

2/2 wp8253.13.sxw order is passed against the petitioner, the same shall not take effect for four weeks, effective from the date of service on the petitioner. All issues on merits are kept open to be decided.

With aforesaid observations and directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
