The Petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the Education Officer to correct the date of approval. According to the Petitioner the correct date should be 1 July 2011 instead of 1 March 2021 to 29 February 2024.

After the approval is so granted, the Petitioner has directly filed this petition without pointing out the grievance to the

rsk 2 22-aswp165-2022.doc Education Officer. Therefore, we are not inclined to consider this prayer at the first instance when the Petitioner has not approached the Education Officer with the grievance.

If the Petitioner approaches the Education Officer within a period of 2 weeks from today, the Education Officer would take a decision as regards the Petitioner's prayer within a period of 8 weeks (subject to preexisting urgent work) and communicate the same to the Petitioner.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
