DATED : 24th JUNE, 2024 P.C:- Since the charge-sheet is filed in the subject C.R. on 27/10/2018, and this fact was not brought to the notice of this Court, when the interim relief is granted, we deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings, seeking discharge. The order dated 27/02/2019, no longer survives, since it was based on an incorrect information that the charge-sheet is not filed. With the aforesaid liberty being conferred, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
