DATE: 11th July, 2019 P.C.:­ 1] This Petition can be conveniently disposed of by modifying the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal which is impugned in the Petition, passed on 19th December, 2011, thereby directing Tahasildar/Mamlatdar to conduct re­inquiry on the issues which are referred by the Sub­Divisional Officer in his order dated 23rd July, 2008.
