Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The election programme for the election of the Managing Committee of the Society has been declared on 21st August 2015. Today is the last date for withdrawal of the nominations. The polling is fixed on 4th October 2015. The present petition is filed on 3rd September 2015. Hence, no interference can be made with the process of the election at this state. Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Petition is rejected. However, it will be always open for the Petitioner to challenge the result of the election in accordance with law.
