Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant is behind bar for more than three years, yet trial has not been concluded and only 16 witnesses have been examined out of 59 witnesses. It may take time to conclude the trial. Applicant be permitted to withdraw this application with permission to file a fresh application after six months, if trial is not concluded within six months.
