By this Application, the Applicant seeks the following prayers :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the present Application and condone the 256 days delay caused in filing present Application for recalling the order dated 26.09.2018 and restoring the Writ Petition;

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to recall Learned Registrar ( JUDL-1)'s order dated 26th September 2018 passed in Writ Petition St. No. 6197 of 2017 thereby registered as Rejected Case No. 711 of 2019 and Writ Petition may be restored."
