In the order dated 13/07/2015, substitute the existing para no.8 with the following para no.8 : "8.
The Respondents are at liberty to apply for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Petitioner till date and the amounts which the Petitioner may deposit in future. Liberty is also granted to the parties to file appropriate application before the Appeal Court seeking variation of reasonable compensation fixed by this Court on the basis of material which they may choose to produce before the Appeal Court. Such application, if made, shall be considered by the Appeal Court on its own merits and in accordance with law."
