a) Applicant is permitted to file private paper book within four months from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

b) If private paper book is filed within stipulated time, hearing of First Appeal no. 327 of 2010 is expedited.

c) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
