By a communication dated 26th August, 2022, the Civil Judge, Junior Division and J.M.F.C., Madh, District Solapur has made a request for a further period of eight months extension of time for deciding the Regular Civil Suit No.201 of 2014.

From the submission made by the Registry it appears that by order dated 13th November, 2019 in this Petition, the Civil Judge was directed Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

2023.02.16 14:06:09 +0530 to decide the suit expeditiously within a period of one year. The said PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Priya Soparkar

The learned Civil Judge has given detailed reasons submitting the need for extension of eight months time to decide the matter. Perusal of the communication from the learned Judge indicates that the issues have been framed, but the suit is pending for evidence of the plaintiffs and that the plaintiffs have been seeking repeated adjournments. 5.

Considering these facts and circumstances, the learned Judge is granted a period of six months extension to decide the matter. 6.

The learned Judge is also directed to obtain an appropriate undertaking from the plaintiffs not to seek unreasonable adjournments. 7.

Ordered accordingly.
