The motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated September 21, 2022.

The learned Counsel submits that the proposal was seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner from unaided to aided, however in line No.2 of paragraph 1 and line No.2 in paragraph 3, the same has appeared as "approval to the appointment of the petitioner"

In view of request of learned Counsel for the petitioner, in line No.2 in paragraph 1 and line No.2 in paragraph 3 the same be substituted with words "transfer from unaided to aided.

The motion is disposed of.
