The Second Appeal has been admitted and substantial questions of law has been framed. On Civil Application No.1537 of 2011, for grant of interim relief, notices were issued to the respondents on 25th June, 2014 and this Court also granted interim relief restraining the respondent not to create any third party interest in respect of the suit property. Mr.Bodake, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the respondents are served. None appears for the respondents. In view of this, the interim order dated 25th June, 2014 shall continue to operate pending the decision of the Appeal.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
