The petitioner-original plaintiff has challenged the order of the Appellate Court directing the defendant to maintain status quo in respect of construction over the suit property. It is informed that the suit is fixed for final arguments. Moreover, the order impugned in the writ petition is in force since 31 July 2015. Hence, no interference is called for.

However, all questions raised by the petitioner on merit are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
