The petitioner / defendant No. 2 is challenging order passed by the Appellate Court directing plaintiff to erect two separate gates at two points shown in the map and he is further directed to lock the door and hand over one set of keys to the defendants. 2.

The order passed is equitable in nature, which is in force since 13 June 2014. Hence, no interference in the impugned order at this stage is called for.

The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 4.

However, all contentions raised by the petitioner on merits are kept expressly open for being agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit.
