The present Civil Revision Application takes exception to order dated 3rd June 2019 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jaysingpur below Exhibit 48 in Regular Civil Suit No.166 of 2016. The Application at Exhibit 48 seeks rejection of plaint under Order 7 Rule 11(d) of Code of Civil Procedure. Said application has been rejected, hence, present Civil Revision Application has been filed. 2.

It appears that during pendency of Civil Revision Application, parties have arrived at compromise and suit has been disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 21st March 2023 passed below Exhibit 1. Gaikwad RD 1/2

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Application and same stands disposed of as infructuous.
