Gawari, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Division II, Solapur City, District Solapur has filed detailed affidavit dated 15th July 2024. It is stated therein that, the Public Prosecutor assisting Police Department and the concerned authorities from the Police Department after perusing the entire evidence have recommended to file 'N. C. Sumary Report' before the Court of competent jurisdiction and accordingly it is filed on 27th May 2024. 2) In view thereof, the Petition for quashing of C.R.No.0462 of 2023 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur City does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
