By consent of the parties, the Petition is heard finally. By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks writ of mandamus or order or direction against the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to approve and allow the incumbent Principal of Petitioner No. 2 to discharge his duties as a Principal till the accreditation of NACC is complete or in the alternative seeks by SHALIKRAM PRALHADRAO BOREY Date:

After hearing the matter for some time, the learned AGP for the State and learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4, on the other hand, agree to expedite the process of recruitment to the post of Principal of Petitioner No. 1 and to complete the said process within six weeks from today. Statement is accepted. In view of the said statement made by the learned for the respective Respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly.

Parties concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order duly issued by the Registry of this Court.
