By this Application, the Applicants seeks condonation of delay of 33 days caused in filing the aforesaid Civil Application as well as seeks leave to bring on record legal heirs of the Petitioner No. 1.

CAW 2006-18.doc Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) & (d). Learned counsel for the Applicants states that he will take appropriate steps to get the legal heirs of the Petitioner No. 1 on record within three weeks from today.
