The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to apply to the District Collector, the authority to decide Gram Panchayat dispute, for early hearing. The District Collector, considering the workload and the earlier time bound commitments, will look into the grievance made by the Petitioner for early hearing. 3.
