The Petition is connected with grant of fair price shop license. The Petitioner claims to be a social worker working in the interest of the residents of Solapur District.

By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought a direction to cancel the fair price shop license of Respondent No.13 and also sought a direction for inspection of record. What is filed before us is not a Public Interest Litigation. All that we observe that since the

By these observations, we are not presumed to have conferred any special locus or right on the Petitioner.
