P.C.:- 1) Present Petition is received through jail with a prayer that, the Petitioner may be granted benefit of remission in pursuance of G.R. dated 3rd June, 2017 issued on the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.

2) Record indicates that, the Petitioner is released on bail by this Court in the substantive Appeal preferred by him on 2nd January, 2023. Therefore, till the Appeal is decided, the remission of the Petitioner cannot be considered by the Jail Authority.
