1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] Praecipe has been moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 3.7.2018 in this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are some typographical error in the order and the same are mentioned in the praecipe Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the corrections being carried out.

3] It appears that due to typographical error some dates and Rules have been wrongly mentioned in the order dated D.S.Sherla page 1 of 2

901-cwp-11623-17 3.7.2018, hence, the following correction be carried out in the order dated 3.7.2018.

4] In paragraph Nos.3 and 8 of the order dated 3.7.2018, the date "16th April 2014" shall be substituted by "15th April 2014".

5] At page No.3 in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 3.7.2018, the "Rule 40(D)" shall be substituted by "Rule 40(b)".

6] At page No.6 in paragraph No.12 of the order dated 3.7.2018, the date "20th July 2003" shall be substituted by "20th July 2013".

7] At page No.8 in paragraph No. 16 of the order dated 3.7.2018, the date "4th June 2013" shall be substituted by "4th June 2003".

8] Necessary corrections to be carried out in the original order and corrected order be uploaded.

9] Praecipe is disposed of in above terms.
