Mr. Arjun Kadam, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the Anticipatory Bail Application has become infructuous. He submits that FIR bearing CR No.324 of 2023 registered with Tasgaon Police Station, District - Sangli for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 353, 342, 186, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been quashed and set aside by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.2762 of 2023 and Writ Petition No.2763 of 2023. He further states that the said Order has been challenged in the Supreme Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal (Crl) No(s). 3039 of 2024 and the said Special Leave to Appeal has also been dismissed. Consequently, the Anticipatory Bail Application has become infructuous.
