It is submitted that Petitioner's Change Report is pending since 2011, without there being any order.

Mr. Kalel, learned AGP would submit that the Change Report of Petitioner-Trust bearing No. F-7181 is pending in the Office of the Respondent No. 3-Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur Region, Solapur since 2011.

Today, Mr. Vadgaonkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner restricts the prayer to the extent of directions to the Respondent No. 3 to decide the Change Report within time framed manner.

Mr. Kalel, learned AGP would submit that Respondent No. 3 shall make an endevour to decide the Change Report within the given time, subject to the pendency of the matters in the office. He would further submit that the Respondent No. 3 has even taken special drive to dispose of the Change Reports which are more than 10 years old. 5.

In view of this, we pass following order:

::ORDER::

a) Writ Petition stands allowed.

b) The Respondent No. 3 shall dispose of the Change Report filed by the Petitioner-Trust on its own merits and in any case within a period of six months from today.

c) The Respondent No. 3 shall afford an opportunity of hearing to both the parties and the Petitioner undertakes that no adjournment shall be taken by him. No party shall adjourn the matter to delay the hearing.
