Civil Application has been preferred for condonation of delay of 46 days caused in preferring the present Appeal. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that all the Respondents are sa_mandawgad 1 of

4caf4370-11 served. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.16 to 19 does not seriously oppose the Application.

For the reasons stated in the paragraph No.4 of the Application, the Application is allowed. The delay of 46 days caused in filing the First Appeal is condoned.
