In view of Consent Terms, First Appeal stands disposed of. 3.

The statutory deposit, if any, be transmitted to concerned Tribunal.

The Appellant-Insurance company shall deposit balance awarded amount with concerned Tribunal in terms of settlement within a period of 45 days from today. On deposit of amount, Tribunal to pass further orders regarding disbursement of amount. 5.

The Award be drawn as per Consent Terms.

The refund of Court fees be processed as per Rules. 7.

The record and proceeding be forwarded to concerned Tribunal.

Interim Application/Civil Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
