By this miscellaneous application, Applicant's wife under Section 24 of the Civil Procedural Code, 1908 seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 171/2018 filed by the Respondent before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ratnagiri to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Devision at Sangli.

The Applicant submits that, during the pendency of the present application, matter stands settled between both parties. Hence, he received instructions to withdraw the present application. To that Laxmi Sontakke 1/3
