By this Petition, Petitioner No.3 is seeking to quash the D.V. proceedings pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Kale-Kheriwade, Kolhapur bearing PWDVA No.05/2023. There are no specific allegations against the Petitioner No.3. 6.

Considering these facts, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Writ Petition is allowed against Petitioner No.3; (ii) The D.V. Proceedings pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Kale-Kheriwade, Kolhapur bearing PWDVA No.05/2023 against the Petitioner No.3 is hereby quashed and set aside. 7.

The Petition is allowed qua Petitioner No.3 in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed off.
