Mr. Shah would submit that since the impugned order in the present Writ Petition has already been decided in the Revision Application No.25 of 2018, Petitioner being aggrieved with the said decision has filed a fresh Writ Petition being Writ Petition (St.) No.32784 of 2022.

In view of the above, Writ Petition No.8220 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
