Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. We have heard the learned counsel for the second respondent who opposes the prayer for condonation of delay.

The applicants are the claimants in a claim petition filed under section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act,1988. The appeal is preferred for enhancement. In view of the averments made in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the application, sufficient cause is made out. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
