Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.9 of 2022 registered with City Police Station, Pandharpur, District - Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 506 of the IPC as also under Sections 39 and 45 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014.

I have perused the suicide note, which is produced at page 95 of the application. The applicant is not named in the suicide note. Rather applicant's brother Shekhar and husband Ankush are alleged to have been responsible for the abetment of the suicide. 3.

The investigation carried out as on date which has resulted into filing of the charge-sheet does not speak of any incriminating material against the applicant. As such, the application is allowed. 4.

That being so, in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.9 of 2022 registered with City Police Station, Pandharpur, District - Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 506 of the IPC as also under Sections 39 and 45 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014, she be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 23rd to 29th September, 2022 between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon and thereafter as and 1/2
