(Through Video Conferencing) P.C:- This petition is filed by one Dhananjay Daryappa Gawade, styling himself as the President of the Petitioner Shri Makai Shikshan Prasarak Va Sharir Sanvardhak Mandal. It is the contention of the Petitioner that the approvals granted to Respondent Nos. 8, 9 and 10 are not legal and proper. No Resolution of the Trust is annexed authorising the Petitioner to represent the Petitioner Trust. The extract of Public Trust Register showing authority of the Petitioner are not annexed. Even the Vakalatnama filed is in the personal name of the

sg 2/2 17.wp603-16.doc Petitioner. Without these documents and compliances, the Petitioner cannot represent the Trust. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts this position and states that if and when the Trust will approach this Court, petition will be filed with all necessary compliances as noted above and seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.
