O R D E R

(I) The report of the Commissioner under the provisions of Order XXVI, Rule 9 produced in Darkhast proceedings can be subjected to scrutiny by cross-examine the Commissioner by either of the parties.

Keeping such liberty open to the parties to cross-examine the Commissioner, in my opinion, no interference is called for. The petition fails, stands disposed of.
