Mr. Koregave has tendered communication dated 1.3.2016 addressed by petitioner- Shri Rajaram Dadu Patil to his Advocate Anant Vadgaonkar instructing him to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 17.12.2015. The said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Mr. Pawar has no objection for withdrawal of the petition. 3.
