In paragraph 13(b) of the order dated 29th November 2021, it is clarified that after the approval is granted by the Education Officer to the petitioner within the time prescribed, the Deputy Director of Education shall enter the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali within two weeks thereafter. The salary and other dues based on the grant of the approval and upon entering the name of the petitioner by the Deputy Director of Education in Shalarth Pranali shall be released by the Education Officer within two weeks thereafter. 3.

Order dated 29th November 2021 stands clarified accordingly. 4.

Rest of the order remains as it is.
