On 22nd August 2025, none appeared for Petitioner when matter was called out. Again on 3rd October 2025 none appeared for Petitioner. It appears that Petitioner was elected as Member of Village Panchayat, Pimpri in general election that was held in the year 2020. He has been disqualified by order dated 18th February 2021 passed by District Collector, Solapur under Section 14(1)(J) of Bombay Village Panchayat Act, 1958. The order of District Collector is confirmed by Divisional Commissioner vide order dated 13th August 2021 passed in Appeal.

It appears that Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting present proceeding.

In that view of matter, Writ Petition stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
